KETO PHILLY CHEESESTEAK – LOW CARB AVOCADO BOWL WITH CHEESE – KETO STUFFED PHILLY CHEESESTEAK RECIPE {EASY}
Ingredients
- 2 Avocados
- 4 Steak-Umms meat portions
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 c. Sliced onions and peppers
- ½ c. Shredded provolone and mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Slice two avocados in half lengthwise and remove the pit in the center
- Use a spoon to scoop out a portion of the middle of each avocado half to make some additional room for the cheesesteak filling
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
- Add the onions and peppers to the heated skillet, and cook for 3-5 minutes until they reach your desired level of doneness
- Cook the meat for a few minutes on each side, breaking it up as it begins to cook
- Place some onions and peppers into the bottom of each avocado half
- Pile some of the cheesesteak meat on top of the vegetables in the avocados
- Top each avocado half with a bit of the shredded cheese, and allow it to melt from the heat of the cooked meat
- Serve immediately
