KETO PHILLY CHEESESTEAK – LOW CARB AVOCADO BOWL WITH CHEESE – KETO STUFFED PHILLY CHEESESTEAK RECIPE {EASY}


Ingredients
  • 2 Avocados
  • 4 Steak-Umms meat portions
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 c. Sliced onions and peppers
  • ½ c. Shredded provolone and mozzarella cheese
Instructions
    1. Slice two avocados in half lengthwise and remove the pit in the center
    2. Use a spoon to scoop out a portion of the middle of each avocado half to make some additional room for the cheesesteak filling
    3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
    4. Add the onions and peppers to the heated skillet, and cook for 3-5 minutes until they reach your desired level of doneness
    5. Cook the meat for a few minutes on each side, breaking it up as it begins to cook
    6. Place some onions and peppers into the bottom of each avocado half
    7. Pile some of the cheesesteak meat on top of the vegetables in the avocados
    8. Top each avocado half with a bit of the shredded cheese, and allow it to melt from the heat of the cooked meat
    9. Serve immediately
